The Stephen Lewis Foundation's Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign began when Canadian and African grandmothers met with common LOVE for their grandchildren. Canadian women joined in FRIENDSHIP to begin FUNDRAISING. Funds raised created HOPE FOR THE FUTURE. African grandmothers became AGENTS OF CHANGE. Internationally, grandmothers are united in SOLIDARITY.
